Managing Change in a Remodeling Project

We know that tackling a home remodeling project can be daunting. There are so many selections and decisions to be made. At Hudson Home Improvement, we like to help our customers make their selections upfront so that all deliveries and planning can be completed well in advance of our start date. However, if a change in product has to be made, we like to decrease the likelihood of errors by creating change orders that are signed and approved by the customer. By putting everything in writing, both the customer and our staff ensure that the new selection is the right one.

Our goal at Hudson Home Improvement is to manage change as well as the impact it has on a project. With careful planning we try to keep our projects on schedule and our customers happy.
